Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post.
International orders are shipped with DHL eCommerce or DHL Express, depending on the shipping options available at checkout.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. During launch periods, promotional periods or peak trading times, dispatch may take slightly longer. Our team will always work to get your order packed and sent as quickly as possible.
Parcels being sent outside of Australia may be subject to customs, duties and taxes once they arrive in the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer if charged.
